The Beach Resort Vir is a place that combines comfort, style, and the atmosphere of a carefree Mediterranean vacation. And that’s 365 days a year!

We have designed every detail so that you can fully enjoy your stay. Whether you are coming with your family, partner, or just alone for peace and inspiration, you will find space for relaxation and sports activities, facilities for work and rest, and above all, an atmosphere that will make you want to stay longer than you planned.

Years ago, our goal was to create a place where we and you, our guests, can finally enjoy #croatiawithoutcompromise – without stress, without rush, just with the sea, sun, and well-being at your fingertips.

And we believe we succeeded!

Today, our modern design apartments, combined with the scent of the sea and the sun above the turquoise surface, create the harmony we dreamed of years ago, and we look forward to you enjoying them too!

Who is behind the resort?

We are Sandra and Radek Dušek, a Czech-Slovak married couple, parents of Oliver and Nikolas, and lovers of Croatia.

This country has always been close to our hearts, but because we have spent our entire lives in tourism and gastronomy, our demands for a perfect vacation have always been a little higher than what the Croatian offer could provide.

When we discovered the island of Vir in 2018, we decided to take fate into our own hands and create a place where we, and you, our guests, can finally enjoy Croatia differently and without compromise.

Thank you to everyone who rests, recharges, has fun, creates memories, and breathes life into our resort.

What does the resort offer?

Whether you are looking for a cozy studio for two, a family apartment, or spacious accommodation for a group of friends, in each of our apartments a combination of design, comfort and a family atmosphere awaits you, thanks to which you will feel at home from day one, only with the scent of the sea in the air.

All are air-conditioned, full of daylight and thought out to the last detail. Each of them has a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, comfortable beds, outdoor seating and, above all, a unique charm that invites you to relax and share experiences.

You can also look forward to perfect facilities and services: a beach right in front of the resort with its own sunbeds and umbrellas, roof terraces with hot tubs, a football field, free paddleboard and bicycle rental, and a restaurant where you can enjoy Croatian specialties and Pilsner Urquell on tap.

Fully Equipped Kitchens

Because we believe that cooking on vacation can also be a pleasure, each apartment in our resort has a modern, designer, and fully equipped kitchen. Every detail has been carefully thought out to make the kitchen space not only elegant but also practical: it includes a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

Dining Area

Each apartment offers a dining area with a spacious table and comfortable chairs, which is an ideal place for shared gourmet experiences. And if you prefer a meal or a glass of good wine in the open air, you can enjoy them on the balcony, terrace, or garden with comfortable outdoor furniture.

Living Room

The heart of every apartment, where shared moments with family and friends take place, is a bright and spacious living room that seamlessly connects to the kitchen and dining area. You will find a modern sofa bed, which serves not only as a comfortable seating area, but also as a full-fledged extra bed if needed. Of course, there is a TV with satellite reception and fast WiFi, thanks to which you can share your vacation experiences with the world.

Bedrooms

For your perfect rest, we have designed the bedrooms in all apartments so that you wake up every morning feeling refreshed. All are separated from the rest of the apartment by doors to provide maximum peace and privacy.

You will find comfortable double beds (in apartments with multiple bedrooms, also a room with two single beds) with high-quality mattresses. Curtains and blackout blinds ensure undisturbed sleep, creating complete darkness. Of course, there is also clean bedding (sheets and pillowcases) and plenty of storage space for clothes, suitcases and all personal belongings.

Modern Bathrooms

To ensure that even everyday rituals are a pleasant part of your stay, all our bathrooms are designed with an emphasis on comfort, clean design and practicality. You will find a spacious shower, toilet and soft towels in them. Selected apartments also have an extra toilet, bidet and washing machine, which you will appreciate especially during a longer stay.

Terrace, Balcony or Garden

Each of our apartments also has its own private outdoor space, which extends the living area and invites you to relax in the fresh sea air. Terraces, balconies or gardens, which are a place where morning coffee turns into a ritual and an evening glass of wine into the perfect end to a day on the beach, offer either breathtaking sea views or a quiet seating area in the greenery and shade of Mediterranean plants.

All are equipped with outdoor furniture – a dining table, chairs or a comfortable sofa, often complemented by sun loungers and parasols, ideal for relaxing or evening gatherings at sunset.

Resort Services and Facilities

The resort offers facilities for the whole family. You can take advantage of the rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, outdoor seating and a shower, a multi-purpose playground with artificial turf, and a restaurant with Croatian specialties and Pilsner Urquell on tap. We will lend you paddleboards and bicycles free of charge, and you will have sun loungers and parasols available on the pebble-sandy beach at all times.
